Polish pubcaster TVP will be Going Home for Love in dating format adaptation with Banijay Entertainment

Polish pubcaster TVP is getting a local adaptation of Banijay Entertainment’s reality dating format Going Home for Love.

Going Home for Love was originally created by Nordisk Film TV, part of Banijay Nordic, for Norway’s TV2.

The Polish version, called Żona dla Polaka, will be produced by Banijay’s Endemol Shine Poland.

The series will follow four Polish-American bachelors in Chicago searching for love, who invite Polish women to visit them, experience their lives, meet their families and go on romantic adventures blending American and Polish traditions. The bachelors decide who to pursue further, with the potential to visit Poland.

Going Home for Love has already been adapted in Sweden and Ukraine.
