Thailand’s Channel 3 will introduce the block today via its Family Channel 13, airing from 16.00 to 18.00 weekdays and 07.00 to 09.00 at weekends.

Turner and Channel 3 will now explore possible coproductions and local original productions, the two parties said.

Pogo began life in India in 2004 and has since expanded across the Asia Pacific region, though this is the first time it has done so as a block.

Its shows span animation and live-action, with titles including music-, arts- and dance-themed M.A.D., science format F.A.Q. and Indian toon Chhota Bheem.

Turner’s other kids’ brands Boomerang and Toonami have already launched in Thailand in a partnership with Major Kantana Group, while Cartoon Network runs on TrueVisions.
