Pluto UK to launch seven FAST channels

ViacomCBS Networks-owned AVoD platform Pluto TV will launch seven free, ad-supported TV (FAST) channels on its UK service this month.

Deals have been made with UK distributor All3Media International, LA’s FilmRise, US food and travel network Tastemade and automotive channel Motorvision for over 800 hours of content.

All3Media format Ten Years Younger; reality network So Real; drama series Wild At Heart, Most Haunted and Highway To Heaven; Tastemade; and Motorvision will all get their own FAST channels.

Ten Years Younger will show 200 hours of the format, including episodes from the UK, New Zealand and the US.

All seven seasons of All3’s Wild At Heart, about a UK family moving to the African bush, will be available.

The So Real channel will carry close to 200 hours or programming, comprising a mix of reality series and non-scripted films. Key titles are set to include Undercover Princess, I Want My Mummy!, Danger Beach, Big Families and Chopper Squad.

The Most Haunted channel will offer 106 episodes of the paranormal show, while the Highway To Heaven channel, which follows an angel sent back to Earth to help people, will carry all 110 episodes from five seasons.

Tastemade will feature lifestyle programming including Make This Tonight, Struggle Meals and If These Meals Could Talk. The Motorvision channel will offer titles including Perfect Ride, On Tour, Go Green and Motorcycles.
