Fox Entertainment in the US has elevated Hannah Pillemer and Allison Wallach to head of scripted entertainment and head of unscripted entertainment respectively.

The promotions see Fernando Szew, president and head of Fox Entertainment Studios, rounding out his creative leadership team about six months after the company was restructured into three divisions: Fox Entertainment Studios, Fox Television Network and international distributor Fox Entertainment Global.

In her new role, Pillemer, who was previously exec VP of creative and production at MarVista Entertainment, will lead all development, creative and production for all of Fox Entertainment Studios’ scripted content.

Key scripted titles for Fox include comedy Animal Control and upcoming comedy Going Dutch, created by Denis Leary. Pillemer also oversees around 100 movies made for TV and streamers each year, in addition to dramas such as Hallmark’s The Way Home and The Chicken Sisters for streamer Hallmark+.

Wallach, who was previously the head of global unscripted programming at Fox Entertainment Studios, will see her role expand to oversee all development, creative and production for unscripted content.

Titles overseen by Wallach include The Masked Singer and I Can See Your Voice, both produced through Fox Alternative Entertainment, as well as Studio Ramsay Global’s Next Level Chef and content produced through its TMZ content studio.

“[Pillemer] and [Wallach] are both incredibly talented creative executives with strong business acumen and a global point of view who will catapult our ability to create the kinds of unexpected, unforgettable scripted and unscripted original content that will define the Fox brand,” said Szew.
