Pilgrim arrives at Canter, Krask

Pilgrim Media Group in the US has agreed a production and development deal with gameshow producers Michael Canter and Jeff Krask.

Canter and Krask have produced more than 1,000 hours of television, covering multiple unscripted genres, including game, dating, hidden-camera, makeover, documentary  and talk shows.

They have also executive produced shows such as Family Feud, The Newlywed Game and Deal or No Deal and developed and executive produced series including 1 vs 100 for GSN and Hip-Hop Squares for MTV2.

Operating from Pilgrim’s offices in North Hollywood, Canter and Krask will work with Pilgrim chief creative officer Johnny Gould and company VP and head of development Nicole Silveira.

The team will develop and produce projects for broadcast, cable and digital platforms, such as new gameshow and competition formats, as well as other unscripted content.

The first two series to emerge from the deal are already set up at a broadcast network, although no details have yet been revealed.
