Peacock picks up rights to Zoe Lister-Jones comedy Slip

Slip

NEWS BRIEF: Comcast-owned US streamer Peacock has licensed half-hour comedy Slip produced by Boat Rocker Studios and TeaTime Pictures.

The project, written, directed and starring Zoe Lister-Jones, debuted in 2023 as an original series for The Roku Channel. Lister plays a 30-something woman who is restless in her marriage and, after having a one-night stand, finds herself slipping into parallel universes, married to different people and trying to find her way back to her partner and herself. Boat Rocker’s VP of content sales and distribution Brad Horvath brokered the deal, with Peacock set to begin streaming the show on April 20.
