Peacock adds Reelz Channel programming live and on-demand to US offering

On Patrol: Live has become a major hit for Reelz

US streamer Peacock has struck a carriage deal with Reelz that will see the TV network’s programming made available both live and on-demand via the Comcast-backed platform.

The agreement, which kicks off on Wednesday, will make a live feed of Reelz Channel available to Peacock Premium and Premium Plus subscribers.

In addition, from today, Reelz’s popular police docuseries On Patrol: Live, which airs on Friday and Saturday from 21.00 to midnight, will be available on-demand on Peacock the day after it premieres on Reelz.

The show has proved to be a major hit for Reelz, giving it a 270% gain in primetime viewership among adults 25-54 in 2022.

Reelz’s other top shows include On Patrol: First Shift, Jail, Autopsy: The Last Hours of… and Cops.

Peacock’s existing programming roster includes the NFL Channel, Golf Pass, Premier League soccer, NBC News Now, Sky News, Hallmark Channel, WWE and Saturday Night Live Vault.
