Big Cats, Small World was filmed in Africa

US pubcaster PBS, Blue Ant Media’s wildlife channel Love Nature and Sky Nature in the UK and Italy have commissioned a documentary special about big cats.

Big Cats, Small World is made by Camel Thorn Films and The WNET Group in coproduction with Terra Mater Studios and Love Nature. The 1×60’ film explores the uneasy coexistence of three big cat species – lions, leopards and cheetahs.

Filmed in Africa, the doc follows the cats as they strive to secure their own safe space in a fiercely competitive world.

Blue Ant International is handling international distribution of the film, which is executive produced by Fred Kaufman, Andrea Gastgeb, Sabrine Holzer and Alison Barrat.
