PBS latest to scale Pixcom’s The Wall

La Faille (The Wall) will join PBS’s Walter’s Choice strand

NEWS BRIEF: US pubcaster PBS has picked up the second and third seasons of French-Canadian murder mystery drama La Faille (The Wall), produced in Canada by Pixcom for Quebecor Content.

Germany-based distributor Beta Film is shopping the series in Cannes this week and announced the deal with PBS, which will air it as part of its Walter’s Choice drama strand curated by Walter Iuzzolino. Beta holds global distribution rights and previously announced sales of La Faille S2 to Australia’s SBS, Cosmopolitan TV for Spain and the Middle East’s MBC for its streaming service Shahid, as well as France’s NBCUniversal.
