PBS adds latest Putin doc to sales slate

NEWS BRIEF: PBS International has added new documentary Putin’s Crisis, which investigates Russian oligarch Yevgeny Prigozhin’s armed rebellion against President Vladimir Putin on June 23, to its sales slate ahead of the doc’s premiere in the US.

Putin’s Crisis will screen on PBS stations and streamers tonight and the pubcaster’s distribution arm PBS International is handling global sales. Made for PBS’s Frontline factual series, the one-off special is produced by Michael Kirk, Mike Wiser and Vanessa Fica with the Kirk Documentary Group.
