The preschool comedy will return with another 52×11’ season, which is currently in development and expected to premiere in China at the end of 2018 following a global roll-out.

The news comes as several new international broadcasters have picked up the rights to the first season, including Hop TV in Israel, E-vision in the UAE and Canal Panda in Spain.

The deals follow similar tie-ups with Disney Junior in Latin America, India, South Korea and South-East Asia, and in the Nordics with SVT in Sweden and YLE in Finland.

P King Duckling follows the adventures of an intrepid but hapless young duck and his two best friends. It was created by Emmy-winning preschool TV producer Josh Selig of Little Airplane Productions in collaboration with James Chen Gu, general manager of UYoung Animation.

UYoung owns the global TV and licensing rights to the show.
