Omens Studios wins Mediacorp commission

Leo the Wildlife Ranger from animation firm Omens Studios

NEWS BRIEF: Singapore national broadcaster Mediacorp has commissioned a fourth season of pre-school animation Leo the Wildlife Ranger from local animation firm Omens Studios.

The new season, Leo the Wildlife Ranger: Animal Spark! (60×11’), is currently in production and will be delivered from Q2 2026 to Q1 2027. Developed with Emmy-winning writer and producer Adam Redfern and show-run by Sacha Goedegebure, the commission follows a raft of international sales for the first three seasons including beIN Media Group in the Middle East and North Africa, AMC Networks for its preschool channel Jim Jam, and Brazilian broadcaster Globo.
