ODMedia expands into France

Dutch on-demand content services provider ODMedia has opened an office in Paris and hired Vladimir Gasic to head it.

The French office joins ODMedia’s existing bases in the UK, Germany, Spain, Poland, Benelux, South Africa and Scandinavia.

Gasic has 20 years of experience in TV distribution, having previously worked for companies including TF1 International, Eurosport, Amaury Sport Organisation and Sport5, developing their businesses in the EMEA region.

In 2006, Gasic started his own venture representing a portfolio of content owners and helping them manage pay TV offers and OTT platforms, and has launched various local versions of international brands.

“With the growing demand from content owners in need of assistance in distributing technically and/or commercially to all VoD platforms, we feel it’s time for us to open an office in France,” said Sjef Pijnenburg, CEO of ODMedia.
