Objective Entertainment names ex-BBC exec Lucy Shepherd director of programmes

Experienced producer Lucy Shepherd has been appointed director of programmes at All3Media-owned UK unscripted prodco Objective Entertainment.

Her remit is to support the company’s growing slate and creative ambitions. Shepherd will work alongside MD Neale Simpson and creative director Rebecca Kenny-Smith, leading on the development of new formats and overseeing production across Objective Entertainment’s portfolio.

As an executive producer with over 25 years’ experience in TV, Shepherd’s credits include Hunted (Channel 4), Race Across the World (BBC One) and Junior Doctors (BBC One/BBC Three).

Starting her career at the BBC, Lucy has held senior roles working on formats such as Big Brother, Sun, Sex & Suspicious Parents and I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!.

Unscripted specialist Objective Entertainment, part of Objective Media Group, produces formats such as Baked with Love (Hallmark Channel), Celebs Go Dating (E4) and Alan Carr’s Picture Slam (BBC One).
