Nordic outfit Nordisk Film Production adds two execs to production team

Copenhagen-based Nordic prodco Nordisk Film Production is adding Helena Danielsson and Deborah Bayer Marlow to its production team.

Danielsson has produced, coproduced and executive produced 35 films and TV series, having worked both independently through her own company and for Nordic and international companies such as Sweden’s SVT. She takes up the role on January 2.

Marlow has worked as a line producer at Creative Alliance and with Nordisk Film Production, most recently on The Girl with the Needle, which has been nominated in three categories at the European Film Awards and is Denmark’s entry in the International Feature Film category for the upcoming Oscars. Marlow will start on February 1.

With the inclusion of Danielsson and Marlow, Nordisk Film Production, the film and series arm of entertainment company Nordisk Film, now has 21 producers in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
