Nine names Matt James as chief sales officer

NEWS BRIEF: Australia’s Nine Entertainment has appointed Matt James as chief sales officer across the media company’s television, audio and print assets.

Since November, James has held a senior strategy role at the Nine Group as part of its transformation team. The new appointment is part of a series of anticipated executive changes within the company as CEO Matt Stanton takes the reins and former Foxtel exec Amanda Laing joins as MD of Nine’s television and streaming division.
