Nikki Cameron promoted to development VP at Bunim/Murray Productions

LA-based unscripted producer Bunim/Murray Productions (BMP) has promoted Nikki Cameron to VP of development.

The promotion comes three years after Cameron joined the company, which sits within Banijay Americas, as director of development.

During her time at BMP, Cameron has developed and produced titles including Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls (Prime Video) and Family or Fiancé (OWN), in addition to a wide slate of upcoming projects.

Before starting at BMP, she worked in production and operations at NBCUniversal cablenets Bravo, E! and Oxygen, including The Real Housewive franchise, Summer House and Married to Medicine LA.

BMP’s unscripted and doc slate includes The Challenge (MTV, Paramount+), Vanderpump Villa (Hulu), A Killer Among Friends (ID), The Chrisleys: Back to Reality (Lifetime), Iyanla: The Inside Fix (OWN), Never Ever Mets (OWN), Confessions of Octomom (Lifetime) and Dirty John (Netflix).

The company’s development operations are headed by executive VP of development Rupert Dobson, who called Cameron a “creative force.”
