Nick, Studio 100 build new House of Anubis

MIPTV: Nickelodeon and Benelux children’s content house Studio 100 are to create a new global version of kids’ live-action series House of Anubis.

The show, to be produced in the UK by Lime Pictures, is set for a fall 2010 premiere on Nickelodeon in the US, the UK and Australia, with more territories following in early 2011.

The original show was made for Nickelodeon in Benelux, and was followed by a German version. It focuses on eight students trying to solve a mystery at an English boarding school, while dealing with the highs and lows of their teenage years.

“This cooperation with Nickelodeon US is a new and important step in Studio 100’s plans to expand into the international market,” said Hans Bourlon, CEO of Studio 100.
