New members join ProSiebenSat.1 advisory board

NEWS BRIEF: Michael Eifler and Simone Sole have been appointed as new members of the supervisory board of Germany’s ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE following the company’s voluntary takeover by Media for Europe (MFE).

Eifler, a partner at law firm Eifler Grandpierre Weber Rechtsanwälte, and Sole, the group head of finance and M&A at MFE, succeed Klára Brachtlová and Christoph Mainusch, who resigned after MFE became the majority owner last month when it lifted its stake in ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE to 75.6%.
