Netflix reunites original Power Rangers for 30th anniversary

NEWS BRIEF: Netflix has ordered a standalone special of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, featuring some of its original cast, in celebration of the children’s series’ 30th anniversary this year.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always will reunite original stars David Yost, Walter E Jones and Barbara Goodson in a scripted special, which will launch on Netflix in April. The original series premiered on the Fox Kids programming block in 1993 and became a pop culture hit during that decade.
