Bringing experience in cable projects and securing literary titles, Storie previously helped launch the scripted development division of Charlie Corwin’s Original Media before he sold the firm to Endemol.

Meghan Mathes has joined Muse USA as director of development, arriving from Evolution Entertainment where she was manager of development.

Mathes set up cable projects under Evolution’s first-look deal with Lionsgate Television and previously worked on the literary management side of business.

Along with the two new hires, Muse USA has promoted development assistant Scott Clayton to manager of development.

The appointments come ahead of the debut next month of Tut, the company’s Ancient Egyptian 6×60’ event series for US cablenet Spike starring Kingsley as pharaoh Tutankhamun.
