Military Channel grabs WMR content

Discovery Communications’ US cablenet Military Channel has picked up 69 hours of programming from UK indie World Media Rights (WMR).

The network has acquired seven new series from WMR including Nazi Hunters (13×60’), Rise of the Nazi Party (10×60’) and a second season of Black Ops (8×60’).

The first two seasons of both Myth Hunters (26×60’) and Air Crash Confidential (12×60’) are also included in the package.

The deal sees Military Channel, which has previously aired WMR’s Top Secret Weapons Revealed and CIA Declassified, holding rights to the series in North America for the next three years.
