Mediawan, StudioCanal team up for sports commentary format

NEWS BRIEF: Mediawan Rights and StudioCanal in France have joined forces for the international distribution of the Canal+ and Black Dynamite Production format Hit the Mic!, a competition show dedicated to sports commentators.

Companies in the US, the UK, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Finland, Germany and several African countries have already optioned this format, according to the distributors. The original French version of the format launched last spring and featured former footballers Laure Boulleau and David Ginola.
