Mediaset España falls for Turkish drama One Love in deal with Global Agency

One Love (Kizilcik Serbeti) was originally ordered by Show TV

Mediaset España, owner of Spanish channels Telecinco and Cuatro, has picked up Turkish drama series One Love from distributor Global Agency.

Originally commissioned by Turkish network Show TV, One Love (Kizilcik Serbeti) is produced by Gold Film and follows a star-crossed couple who must battle to keep their romance alive despite a clash of cultures.

Mediaset’s acquisition means the drama has now been sold to 22 countries. Izzet Pinto, founder and CEO of Global Agency, said the series explores social issues and social differences.
