MasterChef returns to Singapore

MasterChef has been adapted in more than 60 countries

Mediacorp Channel 5 in Singapore has ordered a second season of Banijay’s culinary format hit MasterChef.

Blue Ant Studios-owned Beach House Pictures and Motion Content Group have begun production on the second season, which will air on Mediacorp Channel 5, meWATCH and YouTube next February.

Created by Franc Roddam, MasterChef is produced and distributed by Banijay Rights. It has been adapted locally in more than 60 countries.

The first season of the Singaporean adaptation premiered on Mediacorp Channel 5 in 2018.
