Based in Kilkenny, Jordan has been upped from his previous role as finance director.

He is tasked with shaping the company’s financial strategy and operations, including the financial management of co-productions.

The first copro deal Jordan has worked on is 52×11’ kids series Showtime, to be made in association with French Studio Gao Shan Pictures and Derry-based Dog Ears.

As part of Lighthouse’s executive team, Jordan will identify and secure funding opportunities for co-productions and other projects.

He joined the company when it was founded in 2017, initially as financial controller before being upped to the role of finance director in 2020.

Jordan started his career as an accountant and currently serves as a board member of Animation Ireland.

Claire Finn, MD, Lighthouse Studios, said: “Marc has been a pivotal member of our team during his tenure at the studio.

“His promotion to CFO is well-deserved, and he will be instrumental in collaborating with our esteemed production partners to continue delivering the first-class animation we have been known for since our inception.”

Jordan said: “The past seven years have provided a tremendous opportunity to work with Claire and the team to grow from primarily an animation service provider to expanding into original content, and I am delighted to continue the journey to help further build Lighthouse Studios into a world class animation studio.”
