Mance staffs up for acquisitions

NEWS BRIEF: Los Angeles-based distributor Mance Media has appointed a former buyer from cable network Halogen TV as VP of worldwide acquisitions.

Brian Conlon joins Mance as the company plans on “increasing our library tenfold,” said CEO Matthew Mancinelli, who hopes to turn his indie into “the destination for independent producers to bring their properties for worldwide distribution.”
