Little Prince crowned in Lat Am

NATPE: French animated series The Little Prince has been picked up by broadcasters in Latin America from Paris-based PGS Entertainment.

Discovery Networks Latin America has licensed a third season of the Method toon, while seasons one and two have been picked up by Incomsa in Colombia and Televisa in Mexico.

Elsewhere in the latter territory, Canal 22 has acquired three seasons of Marsu and Samka Productions’ Marsupilami and La Station Animation’s series Mr Otter from PGS.

Meanwhile, Cartoon Network Latin America has licensed the The Jungle Bunch movie, having picked up the Tat Productions’ TV series last year.

Other deals for PGS in Latin America include Globosat in Brazil picking up Genius Brands International’s series Secret KidVenture Club, Method and DQ Entertainment’s series Robin Hood: Mischief in Sherwood, Method’s series Chaplin & Co, and Nerd Corps’ League of Super Evil.
