LA Screenings Independents lines up conference sessions with Cveintiuno

LA Screenings Independents 2023 will this year include a block of conference sessions focused on the Latin American and US Hispanic markets on the morning of Thursday, May 18, organised and curated by C21’s Spanish-language publication Cveintiuno.

There will be four panels that will take place between 09.00 and 13.00, with a coffee break in between, in the Brentwood Conference Room of the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles.

Spanish-speaking executives and producers will address the businesses of scripted, unscripted, FAST and international coproduction, the four themes of Content LA, the event organised by C21 that is in its sixth edition and will also take place at the Fairmont Century Plaza.

The sessions will explore the opportunity presented today by the global market for fiction in Spanish; the key moment facing the unscripted business for both original and adapted formats; the impact of FAST fever in Latin America; and the growth of international coproduction when the industry has made it clear that scaling projects is crucial to making them profitable.

The speakers of the conferences offered by Cveintiuno include Augusto Rovegno (ViX), Axel Kuschevatzky (Infinity Hill), Beatriz Cea Okan (Inter Medya), Ben Odell (3Pas Studios), Carla González Vargas (Gato Grande), Nando Vila (Exile Content Studio), Michelle Wasserman (Banijay Rights), Ricardo Coeto (BTF Media) and Stephen Hodge (OTTera).

New confirmed names and all the details of the agenda will be announced soon.

To access the LA Screenings Independents conferences, it is necessary to be registered with the event or with Content LA. LA Screenings Independents is organised by Events TM, led by Isabella Marquez.
