KOTV Distribution adds three shortform series to slate ahead of Series Mania

Montreal-based KOTV Distribution has added a trio of shortform series to its slate ahead of Series Mania, including comedy project Martine at the Beach.

The 8×10’ series, produced by KOTV’s production arm for Ici tou.tv in Canada, follows a 14-year-old girl who falls madly in love with her optometrist neighbour and goes to great lengths to spend time with him.

Also new to the distribution slate are: Garbage (12×10’), from Koze Productions, in which Montreal is reduced to a trash pile when the mayor suspends garbage collection services after bombs go off at a landfill site; and The Knights of the Light (8×10’), from KOTV, which follows two friends whose bad decisions get them into trouble.

KOTV Distribution is also shopping: tennis-focused drama miniseries Double Fault (8×60’, KOTV); Fragments (10×60’, Amalga), about a group of friends who reunite after 30 years under unusual circumstances; and heartwarming comedy Conversation with my Parents (Amedia), which is currently in production on its sixth season.
