HBO Max in Europe, Latin America and Asia, as well as Crave in Canada have picked up a four-part documentary on high-end fashion from European production and distribution group Fremantle.

Kingdom of Dreams chronicles the world of fashion across three decades, starting in the early 1990s, and was originally commissioned by Sky Documentaries in the UK.

The 4×60’ series is created by London-based Misfits Entertainment, whose credits include high-end feature documentaries such as McQueen, and Netflix documentary Rising Phoenix.

The series, which is produced in collaboration with Fremantle harnesses rare library material, personal archives and interviews to bring this Golden Age to life on screen.

The presale deals with HBO Max and Crave were brokered by Jamie Lynn, exec VP coproduction and distribution for EMEA and Michela DiMondo, exec VP of distribution and sales for Canada at Fremantle. The series will be distributed internationally by Fremantle.
