Keshet Int’l hires for Lat Am

Keshet International (KI) has appointed Frank Scheuermann as head of development and production for its Latin American business as it looks to expand its local production operation.

Scheuermann joins the global distribution and production arm of Israel’s Keshet Media Group from Sony’s Colombian production company Teleset, where he was most recently head of light entertainment.

His executive producer credits include Who Wants to be a Millionaire?, Colombia’s Got Talent and The X Factor, as well as spin-off shows The X Factor Kids and Celebrity X Factor for Colombia’s RCN Televisión.

He will now oversee KI’s development slate and production output in the region, reporting to Keshet International’s recently promoted head of Latin America Kelly Wright.

Scheuermann will also develop original IP and ideas for new formats and look after new and existing relationships with local buyers, sponsorship partners and talent.
