Kemble, Grimshaw upped to oversee scripted, unscripted at Anonymous Content

Mr Robot production house Anonymous Content has promoted four executives, three of them within its independent film and TV production division AC Studios.

The LA-, New York- and London-based company, best known for USA Network drama Mr Robot and HBO’s True Detective, has upped Garrett Kemble to president of scripted programming.

Kemble joined AC Studios as exec VP of development in 2022. His credits include The Honeys, The Act (Hulu), Brand New Cherry Flavor (Netflix), Dirty John (Bravo) and Dr Death (Peacock).

Jessica Grimshaw, meanwhile, has been named head of unscripted at AC Studios. She joined the company in 2021 as senior VP of unscripted films, television and podcasts. Her previous credits include The Business of Drugs (Netflix), DNA of Murder (Oxygen) and Fashion Police(E!).

The third promotion at AC Studios sees Nina Soriano upped to producer and head of music content, with Anonymous describing the move as “an initiative that will oversee all music video productions and work across every division of the firm to build relationships and projects that bridge the worlds of music, television and film.”

Rounding out the promotions at Anonymous, longtime commercial executive producer SueEllen Clair has expanded her role to include VP of commercials, where she will continue to oversee projects and directors working across the commercial and music content divisions of the company.

The news comes soon after Anonymous and the Spanish production company Morena Films partnered to launch a joint venture to develop and produce content in Spanish aimed at the global market.
