Karga Seven hands Wolf development role

Red Arrow-owned Karga Seven Pictures has promoted Jason Wolf to exec VP of production and development.

Jason Wolf

Wolf joined the LA-based firm in 2015 as showrunner and exec producer of History series Hunting Hitler and was most recently senior VP and head of programming.

He has produced numerous shows for Karga Seven, including recent series Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch and Contact for Discovery, as well as Bin Laden’s Hard Drive and Atlas of Cursed Places for Nat Geo.

Wolf will now oversee all production and development out of Karga’s Los Angeles offices, reporting to founding partners Sarah Wetherbee, Emre Sahin and Kelly McPherson.

Prior to joining Karga Seven, Wolf produced hundreds of hours of television including CBS’s Emmy-winning series Undercover Boss and Animal Planet’s Whale Wars.

Karga Seven Pictures, part of Red Arrow Studios, produces scripted, unscripted and branded projects across an array of genres in the US and internationally.

K7 opened a Turkish operation in 2017 and current projects include the scripted series Midnight at the Pera Palace and the docu-drama Rise of Empires: Ottoman, both for Netflix.
