K-dramas from CJ ENM head to Amazon’s MX in India

Lovely Runner is among the titles that will become available next week

NEWS BRIEF: Korean entertainment giant CJ ENM is extending its partnership with Amazon into India with a package of 18 drama series for the latter’s free streaming service Amazon MX Player.

Leading the line-up is Lovely Runner, the recent hit series that created a K-pop romance buzz, set to release on MX Player on September 8. Following that, a collection of romance titles – My Lovely Liar, Twinkling Watermelon, Wedding Impossible and Delightfully Deceitful – will be rolled out gradually over four quarters, starting from the same date. All titles will be dubbed in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
