Jetpack takes BBC preschool show Biff & Chip global

NEWS BRIEF: UK-based kids and family distributor Jetpack Distribution has acquired worldwide rights, excluding the UK, to the BBC’s preschool live-action series Biff & Chip.

Produced by BBC Studios for CBeebies, Biff & Chip (25×11’) is a family-focused comedy-drama aimed at 4-6s and their parents or carers. The series is based on the Oxford Reading Tree phonics books, used to teach reading. More than 800 Biff & Chip titles have been published in over 130 countries. A further two seasons of the series are in production.
