Harvey steps into the job after leading the EMEA tape sales team on an interim basis for the past five months and will now report to Tom Clark, executive VP global sales and commercial strategy.

Harvey’s remit includes the strategic distribution of the ITVS catalogue as well as managing relationships with global streaming platforms and local broadcasters.

She will also lead all coproduction opportunities and seek to maximise the value of the company’s library across digital and linear platforms.

Harvey joined ITVS in 2022 as senior VP for scripted, global content, covering Kate Barnes’ role during her secondment to ITVX. Upon Barnes’ return, Harvey’s responsibilities were expanded as she was elevated to senior VP of scripted global content and coproductions.

She continued to work alongside Barnes while leading copro strategy globally and working with the LA and London sales teams.

Harvey brokered recent copro and pre-sale deals for shows including Winter with PBS Masterpiece, Ludwig and Code of Silence with BritBox and The Forsytes with 5.

Prior to joining ITV, Harvey spent 20 years at BBC Studios, rising to senior VP, sales and coproductions Americas, based in New York, where she led the scripted sales team.

Harvey said: “As the UK and EMEA markets rapidly evolve, I’m looking forward to strengthening our partnerships with broadcasters and platforms, expanding coproduction opportunities and maximising the value of our content across the region.”
