Jack Burgess elevated to president at All3Media-backed Studio Lambert USA   

All3Media-backed production company Studio Lambert has promoted Jack Burgess to president of its US business.

Burgess has been with the company for a decade, initially running unscripted development in the UK for four years before moving to LA in 2018.

For the past six years, he has been executive VP of Studio Lambert USA, working across development and production of the US slate.

Projects produced by Studio Lambert USA include The Traitors for Peacock, which is currently in production on its fourth season, The Circle for Netflix, Buy It Now for Prime Video and The Anonymous for USA Network.

Studio Lambert also produces Squid Game: The Challenge, which has been renewed for a second season, and the upcoming second season of scripted comedy Boarders for Tubi.

In his new role, Burgess will continue to report to chief creative officer Tim Harcourt and CEO Stephen Lambert.

“Jack is a star creative executive and since moving to Los Angeles he has developed deep relationships with the US buying and production community,” said Lambert.

“Everyone loves working with him because he has great taste, knows what needs doing and makes it happen calmly and efficiently.”

Harcourt added: “I’ve worked with Jack for more than fifteen years and I am thrilled he continues to make strides in his US role. Jack is the unscripted version of a triple threat. He knows how to develop a great idea, how to sell it and how to produce it as great content.”
