ITVS lets Love Rule in Portugal

Let Love Rule first aired on SBS6

Portuguese broadcaster TVI has commissioned a local version of ITV Studios’ reality dating format Let Love Rule.

The show, which was originally commissioned by SBS6 in the Netherlands, challenges singletons to live together 24/7 for up to five days to see if they find love.

The Portuguese version of Let Love Rule will be produced by Shine Iberia, with the show debuting this summer on linear channels TVI and TVI Reality, as well as on streaming platform TVI Player.

The format, developed by Big Brother creator John de Mol, has previously been sold to Sweden’s TV4; Antwerp-based DPG Media, parent company of Flanders broadcaster VTM and its sister channels; and ITV2 in the UK, where it is titled The Cabins.
