ITVS America hires Sonar CFO

ITV Studios (ITVS) America has appointed a Sonar Entertainment executive to oversee strategy and development.

Peter Keramidas has been added as executive VP of operations, strategy and business development. He will report to Philippe Maigret, president of ITVS America in a newly created role.

Keramidas has held positions at a host of companies in the entertainment industry as well as running his own content strategy company, PCK Media Consulting.

He was most recently chief financial officer and executive VP of strategy at Taboo and Das Boot distributor Sonar.

The exec has also worked at ABC, Warner Bros and Showtime, where he was executive VP of programming. PCK has consulted for established studios, talent agencies and companies aiming to navigate the ever-changing TV business.

“Peter will play a key role in helping us drive growth and manage ITVS’s expanding US scripted TV operations across our labels,” said Maigret of his appointment.
