ITV Studios to launch US Love Island FAST channel from Zoo 55 via Prime Video

World of Love Island will feature over 300 hours of the UK and Aussie versions

ITV Studios is looking to expand the reach of its reality juggernaut Love Island in the US with the launch of a free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel on Prime Video.

The channel, called World of Love Island, will feature over 300 hours from Love Island UK (seasons three and five) and Love Island Australia (S1-2). All completed seasons of the UK and Australian versions are also on Disney-owned streamer Hulu in the US.

ITV Studios’ digital studio Zoo 55 worked on the launch of the channel, with Jane Dribinskaya, VP of FAST and direct-to-consumer partnerships at Zoo 55, leading the deal.

ITV Studios previously set up a World of Love Island FAST channel in the Nordics in 2023 through Pluto TV, Samsung and Rakuten. It also has a dedicated YouTube channel that has more than 470,000 subscribers.

The UK format has proven to be a major hit on US streaming, with the local adaptation breaking records on NBCUniversal-owned streamer Peacock. Its seventh run is the most-watched original season ever on Peacock, according to NBCUniversal.
