ITV preps doc on Prince William’s Homewards programme

NEWS BRIEF: Prince William and The Royal Foundation’s Homewards programme, a five-year scheme that aims to demonstrate that homelessness can be ended, will be the subject of an exclusive two-part ITV documentary series.

Prince William: We Can End Homelessness (working title), will give an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the first year of the Homewards programme. The 2×60’ doc was commissioned for ITV and ITVX by Jo Clinton-Davis, ITV controller of factual, and Sue Murphy, head of fact ent. It is produced by Mindhouse and directed by BAFTA-winning director Leo Burley and exec produced by Arron Fellows. It will be shown on ITV1 and ITVX this autumn.
