Israeli’s Kan 11 takes Malevolent Bride from Our Boys co-creator, A+E Studios, Ananey

Israeli pubcaster Kan 11 has greenlit an eight-part supernatural thriller from Our Boys co-creator Noah Stollman, produced by A+E Studios and ViacomCBS’ Ananey Studios.

The Malevolent Bride (8×45’) follows a pair of unlikely demon hunters as they attempt to bring down a vengeful spirit terrorising an unsuspecting Hasidic community in present-day Jerusalem.

The drama is created, written and executive produced by Stollman (Our Boys, Fauda Seasons 3 and 4), along with Avigail Ben-Dor Niv and Oded Davidoff (Pillars of Smoke, The Exchange Principle, The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem), who will also serve as director.

Barry Jossen and Tana Jamieson serve as executive producers for A+E Studios, while Orly-Atlas Katz and Osnat Saraga serve as executive producers for Ananey Studios.

As well as coproducing, A+E Studios will handle global distribution for The Malevolent Bride in all territories outside of Israel.
