Israeli terror doc We Will Dance Again lines up further global sales at Mipcom

We Will Dance Again documents the terror attack of October 7

MIPCOM: Internationally coproduced documentary We Will Dance Again, which focuses on last year’s October 7 terror attack at the Nova Music Festival, is being shopped here in Cannes by international distributor Osmosis Global on the back of already strong viewing results in its launch territories.

The film has so far premiered on Paramount+ in the US, on the BBC Two and iPlayer in the UK and on Germany’s RTL. The latest buyers include Spain’s Movistar+, Paramount+ Global in Canada and Nine Network in Australia.

The 90-minute doc pieces together testimonies of a dozen or so young festival-goers at the Nova Music Festival, including personal video footage, of the harrowing atrocities that unfolded on October 7 last year, which led to the current conflict raging between across the Middle East.

We Will Dance Again is produced by Israeli entertainment studio Sipur and UK prodco Bitachon 365, in collaboration with Amazon MGM Studios-owned MGM TV, Israeli media group HSCC, which runs Hot and documentary channel HOT Channel 8, and coproducers BBC Storyville and CBS/Paramount’s See It Now Studios division.

The film is written and directed by Yariv Mozer (The Devil’s Confession: The Lost Eichmann Tapes), produced by HSCC’s Michal Weits.
