iQiyi adds further Filipino dramas

Recent GMA show Agimat ng Agila is included in the package

Chinese SVoD service iQiyi is adding more dramas from Filipino broadcaster GMA Network to its platform following the two companies’ recently inked multi-year content deal.

iQiyi is set to stream six more recent GMA shows, including Agimat ng Agila, Ang Dalawang Ikaw and The World Between Us, as well as forthcoming series I Left My Heart in Sorsogon, Artikulo 247 and Love Die Repeat.

The GMA shows will be made available via the iQiyi mobile app or iQ.com within 24 hours of them airing on TV in the Philippines.

It comes after iQiyi and GMA Network agreed a multi-year content deal earlier this year that brought shows such as First Yaya, Legal Wives, Nagbabagang Luha and Love You Stranger to China.
