APC’s coproduction deal with Acorn Media Enterprises for all rights across the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, plus home entertainment in the UK and Ireland, has also been extended.

Acorn TV, the North American streaming service for UK and other international TV, will give the show its US and Canadian premiere at the same time as the BBC1 launch. Acorn’s distribution rights across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland will be overseen by Acorn Media International.

Keeping Faith proved a success in its first season on Welsh public broadcaster S4C, BBC Wales and the BBC iPlayer before being shown on BBC1 across the UK.

S2 is written by Matthew Hall and Pip Broughton, directed by Pip Broughton and Judith Dine, and coproduced by Pip Broughton and Gwenllian Gravelle.
