Insight orders 8K sandboarding doc

Sandboarding on Dragon Hill is produced by FastFokus

Dutch ultra-high-definition (UHD) broadcaster Insight TV has ordered the documentary Sandboarding on Dragon Hill from French prodco FastFokus.

The documentary is set in the Chilean city of Iquique in the Atacama Desert and follows Canadian mountain biker Brett Tippie as he attempts to ride the biggest sand dune in the world.

Sandboarding on Dragon Hill is Insight’s first project to be shot entirely in 8K UHD and its second alongside FastFokus, following 2017’s mountain biking series MTB Heroes: Trailblazers.

The new documentary is set to premiere on Insight TV in June.
