Hulu bakes Baker’s Dozen

Taste the Nation, part of Hulu’s growing slate of food series

Disney-owned US streamer Hulu has ordered a baking competition series from All3Media America’s Bright Spot Content.

Hosted by Tamera Mowry-Housley (The Masked Singer) and former White House pastry chef Bill Yosses, Baker’s Dozen will see amateur and professional bakers go head-to-head in an effort to take home the golden rolling pin and a cash prize.

The eight-episode series is exec produced by Bright Spot Content’s CEO Sandy Varo Jarrell, senior VP of current production Suzanne Rauscher, Justin Rae Barnes and Tara Seiner.

Baker’s Dozen is the latest original to join Hulu’s growing slate of food-forward series such as Taste the Nation and forthcoming The Next Thing You Eat from David Chang.
