HBO doc chronicles Bishop Sycamore High School football scandal

US premium cablenet HBO’s sports arm has picked up a documentary feature chronicling the Bishop Sycamore High School football scandal from Succession’s Adam McKay.

Produced by McKay’s Hyperobject Industries, Boat Rocker’s Matador Content and sports publisher The Athletic, the feature will examine the legitimacy of the Bishop Sycamore programme following their blowout loss against IMG Academy, as well as the activities of now-fired head coach Roy Johnson.
