Hat Trick adds C4, BBC entertainment formats to Mipcom slate

UK-based distributor Hat Trick International (HTI) has added two new entertainment shows to its Mipcom slate.

Strangers on a Plane, made by London headquartered prodco Strawberry Blond for Channel 4, sees five strangers jet off to the same holiday destination and compete for 24 hours to organise the most fun vacation activities.

The second format, Screen Grab, from Scottish prodco Beezr for the BBC, involves a tech expert advising confused families on how to fight problems they’re having with often complex household gadgets.

HTI’s roster for Cannes next week also includes returning comedy format Hard Quiz, made by Thinkative Television in Australia, plus Rich House Poor House, which screens in Finland, Poland, the Netherlands and the UK.
